What Paddock.io is

Paddock.io is a platform where motorsport racing teams and professionals can find each other, post and browse jobs, chat and review their experience. It is provided by Carlos Vicea Bonilla.

Account

To use the platform you must be at least 16, sign up with a valid email and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account. The account type (professional or team) is chosen when creating the profile and cannot be changed afterwards.

Acceptable use

The information in your profile and job posts must be truthful. You may not publish unlawful, offensive or discriminatory content or content that infringes third-party rights, impersonate other people or teams, send spam, or use the platform for purposes other than its own.

Reviews can only be left after a closed deal and must reflect a real experience.

Your content

What you publish remains yours. You give us permission to display it on the platform for as long as you keep your account or the content published. You can edit or delete it at any time.

The platform's role

Paddock.io connects the parties but is not a party to the agreements or contracts reached between teams and professionals, nor is it responsible for their fulfilment. Each party is responsible for verifying the other's information and for complying with the applicable employment, tax and sporting regulations.

Price

During launch all features are free. Paid plans may be introduced later; we will notify you in advance and you will never be charged unless you expressly subscribe.

Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can close your account at any time by writing to viceakart@gmail.com.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; if a change is significant we will let you know. They are governed by Spanish law.
